Common is a co-living company which owns various of property for rent in the United States. The purpose of establishing Common was to provide a cozy space and to create a comfort zone for tenants. The keywords that I will be using will be revolving around Common itself. First, “diversity” which means to understand that each individual is unique and recognizing our individual differences. Each human being is unique with their own qualities, instincts and forms of pleasures. Common welcomes people all around the world to live their lives over here. Secondly, “abstract”. Individual with different personalities and characteristics are like artworks in a gallery, showing out artistic styles and unique charm. People might not see eye to eye to each other’s opinions or reviews, but Common is a space that contains different perspectives and cultures. Tenants will discover diversity and inclusion by learning its importance and values over here.
