CONCEPT STATEMENT
This project is to design a co living space for the elderly and baby boomers. The design concept is based on the keywords “evolution”, “vagabondize” and “ambitiously”. The first keyword “evolution” is inspired from the daily needs of demented elderly. The needs of demented elderly are to build a space where they really can relive their memories. The transition from the past to present is an evolutionary process. Secondly, the next keyword “vagabondize”. An adjective verb described towards the elderly to explore a different environment and leave the suburbs while living with a new lifestyle. At last, the keyword “ambitiously”. Each child bears the responsibility of taking good care of their parents, to protect them and to instill a sense of protection in them. All the keywords are actually associated with the elderly and senior citizens, encouraging them to stay in a co-living space.

CONCEPT STATEMENT
This project is to design a Fine Dining Restaurant for chef, Enrico Bartolini. He is a chef with a certain philosophy of having three key pillars to it. First, is taking a modern approach to traditional flavours then making nutrition to be paramount and of course it has to be visually stunning to eat. The objective of this project is to provide a satisfying experience that includes having scrumptious food and a relaxing atmosphere while running an efficient operation. The three keywords that I have chosen are “grandiose”, “exuberant” and “vigorous”. These three keywords are inspired from the position of the ballet dances. There are several different dance positions, so I chose the best one to use as my concept and final style. As a result, I try to fulfill it as a concept and implement it in my design.
